Travel Options

With no direct domestic flights to Koh Phangan Island, you must go the extra mile to get to our paradise island. Once you arrive in Bangkok you have a few options based on your budget and needs. We suggest a one-night stopover in Bangkok after your long International flight to get your bearings and head to the island the following day or if you land in Bangkok early in the morning you can always catch flights to the island for the afternoon boats. Please be aware there are 2 Airports in Bangkok and sometimes you will fly domestically from a different airport than the one you land in.

See below for our up-to-date guide with online links to the local companies that service these routes. We suggest you book well in advance for the cheapest rates and to avoid disappointment, especially around the full moon and Christmas & NYE Celebrations.

Our Location

We have conveniently located only a short drive to Thongsala’s main town and right next to Koh Phangan’s main hospital. The island’s beauty is that everywhere is just on your doorstep so there are no long journeys to get to all the best beaches, restaurants and entertainment.

We suggest you hire a motorbike (if you are experienced) or a small car to check out what the Island offers. Some of the island roads can be a bit tricky and with lots of sand from the beaches on the roads it can be a little dangerous for inexperienced riders.

For any hire or island information please free to drop us a line about any information we don’t have on our website and we will endeavour to get back in contact with our free and impartial advice.
